“They treated me like I was one of their siblings”
I was uncertain about selling my rental house, but then Mikell & his team reached out to me. I wasn’t sure about dealing directly with an investor, but Mikell and his team were so nice & sweet. They treated me like I was one of their siblings. We had this rental for 8 years and finally decided to sell. Mikell was so helpful & insightful, and I could tell he actually cared about me and my tenant. This was my first time selling a house, and they made the process so easy for me. All I had to do was sign some documents, and a few weeks later I went to go pick up my check. If I had another home to sell, I would certainly work with them again.
